We tailor our classes to all ability levels, from absolute beginners to highly able athletes, from the elderly to those carrying injuries, from pre/postnatal women to the gym goer.

What can we help you with?

We will help you develop awareness of your own body, so you will be able to recognise wrong habits and correct them in time. This will enable you to move more efficiently and pain-free, to enjoy the things that you like doing – your favourite sport, gardening, playing with your grandchildren, sitting at your desk, going for long walks.

How can we help you?

We offer different types of classes so everyone can find their own fit. Here is what you can choose from:

Mat group classes: these are group classes for up to 12 people on the mat. We explore both classical and contemporary versions of the original work and can vary the sessions with the use of small props such as bands and balls. Despite being a group, having a maximum of 12 people gives the teacher more than enough time to give attention to everyone, to provide verbal and tactile feedback and offer variations when needed. Groups can also bring a great energy and a few laughs to a Pilates workout.
– WHERE: St. Luke’s Church, 30 Eardley Road, Sevenoaks TN13 1XT.
– WHEN: Thursdays 12:00-13:00 (Mondays coming soon!).
– HOW MUCH: £10 first trial, then £13 per class – half term payable in advance (the total depends on number of weeks before the following half term break).

Equipment group classes: these are classes of up to 4 people where you can work on different Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrell, depending on your needs. You will need to attend between one and three private sessions to become familiar with the apparatus and some of the work, after which you will continue in the group. The teacher supervises the group, offering verbal and tactile feedback, and variations to progress the program over time. The equipment classes are the half-way point between the mat classes and the private sessions. Equipment groups are smaller than a mat class, so you get more attention from the teacher, and above all you get a personalized program that is tailored to your needs.
– WHERE: Sevenoaks Pilates Studio, 28 London Road, Sevenoaks TN13 2DE.
– WHEN: Tuesdays 11:00-12:00 and 12:15-13:15.
– HOW MUCH: £25 one-off, £120 for 5 classes, £230 for 10 classes. Blocks payable in advance.

Private and duet sessions: when booking private and duet sessions you will have the undivided attention of your teacher, plus access to all the equipment throughout the session. Your teacher can vary the workout considerably depending on your short and long-term goals, but also on how you are feeling on the day.
– WHERE: Sevenoaks Pilates Studio, 28 London Road, Sevenoaks TN13 2DE.
