Zoom – groups and privates

We tailor our live online classes to all ability levels, from absolute beginners to highly able athletes, from the elderly to those carrying injuries, from pre/postnatal women to the gym goer.

What can we help you with?

Through tailored exercises, your mobility and strength will improve, as well as your body awareness. You will also learn to identify strategies to move more efficiently, in order to perform daily activities with less effort and less aches and pains.

Why online live classes are better than pre-recorded workouts?

You get human interaction. You get personal corrections and modifications when needed. You need to show up on time, which helps to build up a routine and stick to it. If choosing privates, you get a personalised programme tailored to your needs. If choosing a group, the numbers are kept small to ensure the teacher can see everyone and give corrections, so everyone can improve.

What Zoom class options do you offer?

• – PRIVATES and DUETS: 30 mins, 45 mins, or 1 hour.
• – SMALL PRIVATE GROUPS: if you have two or more family members or friends who want to share the Zoom class with you, we can organise a regular small group session.
• – WEEKLY GROUP: coming soon!

How to start

Give us a call or send us an email, so we’ll have an initial chat and we can advise you on which class we think might be best for you. An initial 1:1, whether possible, is always a good starting point, so we can see you move and run through the fundamental principles.

*Cancellation policy for all classes: late cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate of the original appointment.
